Overview
The SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG) contract is the Department of the Navy’s electronic platform for competitively acquiring engineering and program management support services. As a SeaPort NxG multiple-award IDIQ (MAC) holder, iWorks is eligible to compete for task orders issued by Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps.
Services We Provide
SeaPort NxG organizes work into two categories spanning 23 functional areas. iWorks supports both:
Engineering Services — systems engineering and safety/process engineering; software engineering, development, programming, and network support; in-service engineering, fleet introduction, installation, checkout, and provisioning; measurement facilities, range, and instrumentation support; interoperability, test and evaluation, and trials support; research and development; modeling, simulation, stimulation, and analysis; prototyping, pre-production, model-making, and fabrication; system design documentation and technical data; reliability, maintainability, and availability (RM&A); inactivation and disposal support; and biochemical engineering.
Program Management Services — financial analysis and budget support; quality assurance; functional and direct programmatic administrative support; professional development and training; analytical and organizational assessment; database administration; public affairs and multimedia support; logistics support; configuration management; information system development, information assurance, and IT support; and computer systems analysis.
