As an employee of iWorks Corporation, you will be part of a highly collaborative and cross-functional team that supports various government clients. We offer career building opportunities where employees:

  • Are exposed to the full software development lifecycle, with the ability to support analysis, testing, documentation, and development
  • Use different technologies while working on enterprise application development, web services, and/or enterprise content management systems
  • Support our services, which range from systems development and integration to IT development support to data management
  • Work hands-on with our senior leadership team

In 2019, iWorks placed for the fourth time on The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces list, which ranks DC metro area businesses based on their employees’ ratings.

It is important to the iWorks community to contribute to and give back to our local and national communities, with a special focus on military charities. We participate in several fundraising efforts each year, such as Toys for Tots, Our Military Kids and the Wounded Warrior Project. In the wake of national disasters, such as hurricanes, iWorks fundraises for the people affected by the tragedy to help them rebuild.

We are a family-oriented, work-life balanced company that creates a friendly and fun atmosphere. We host fun events, such as Chili Cook-Offs, Company Picnics, and Nationals games to foster a tight-knit community.
