Jothi Radhakrishnan (President/Chief Executive Officer)

Jothi Radhakrishnan

Jothi Radhakrishnan is iWorks Corporation’s (iWorks) President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who founded iWorks in 2005. Jothi is a highly-skilled technology consultant with over 20 years of experience in project management, data analysis, systems integration, and business intelligence (BI). He is also a subject matter expert (SME) in system engineering, business process re-engineering and optimization, financial reporting, and supply chain management.

As President and CEO, Jothi has worked to provide practical business solutions to both government and industry clients. He has built an environment for employee success and continues to be personally involved in recruiting and talent development.

Kumar Gnanamurthy (Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer)

Kumar Gnanamurthy

Kumar Gnanamurthy is iWorks’ Senior Vice President of Information Technology (IT) Services and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is an accomplished technology consultant with more than 20 years of experience in IT and business process re-engineering.

Kumar has architected, built, deployed, and improved a wide range of systems and solutions in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments, and is a big proponent of microservices and efficient business process optimization. In addition, he has extensive experience providing enterprise architecture, data warehousing, data integration, and BI solutions to industry and government clients. For the last eight years, Kumar has been focused on Personnel Security Systems and processes and has experience developing technical and process optimizations that can improve our security posture. In addition, he has worked with the government to create standards for data exchanges to assist in reciprocity and eliminate redundant manual processes.

Raj Kathamuthu (Senior Vice President/Chief Technology Officer)

Raj Kathamuthu

Raj Kathamuthu serves as iWorks’ Senior Vice President of IT Services and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He is a senior technologist with over 18 years of experience in data architecture/database management services, data analytics, and IT infrastructure operations. Raj plays an integral role in the development and implementation of integrated systems and IT infrastructure at iWorks.

Raj has worked to create and manage iWorks Solution Center Lab, where iWorks tests new technologies and system integration solutions. His client focus is civil market and finance accounts.

Charlie Sowell (Chief Operating Officer)

Charlie Sowell

Charlie Sowell is iWorks’ Chief Operating Officer (COO). He is an accomplished executive with more than 30 years of government, industry, and military experience.

Prior to joining iWorks, Charlie served as the Senior Vice President for National Security and Cyber Solutions at Salient CRGT. He was previously appointed to the Senior National Intelligence Service as Deputy Assistant Director for Special Security at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). While at ODNI, Charlie was the Program Executive for Security Clearance Reform and a Senior Advisor to the Director of National Intelligence. He is a retired Navy Commander with 27 years of combined active and reserve and enlisted and officer service. Charlie’s client focuses are security clearances, insider threats, background investigation technologies, and personnel security programs across government.

Daniel Blalock (Vice President/Technical Director)

Daniel Blalock

Daniel Blalock is iWorks’ Vice President and Technical Director. He is a senior technologist and manager with over 18 years of IT experience. Daniel has broad experience providing IT program and project management, acquisition and contract management, system engineering and architecture, infrastructure operations, software development, and information security solutions for public and private sector clients.

Prior to joining iWorks, Daniel held positions in the public sector as Information Technology Program Manager at the Department of State and Information Technology Implementation Officer at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.  Most recently, he held the position of Technical Director at Salient CRGT and held other positions with private sector firms including Deputy Business Program Manager, Division Director, and Director of Information Technology. Daniel has a Master of Science degree in Information Systems and is a certified Project Management Profession (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

Esu Meaza (Vice President/Director of Infrastructure)

Esu Meaza is iWorks’ Vice President and Director of Infrastructure. Esu has over 22 years of experience in enterprise system design, data center operations, traditional IT infrastructure and cloud computing. He provides strategic direction to iWorks’ IT infrastructure as well as manages operations and service. His extensive work in the government’s IT sectors benefits our clients to navigate through complex infrastructural challenges while recognizing their cybersecurity concerns. His initiatives include improving service delivery by migrating internal development systems into virtual and cloud base environment.

Lewis Harris (Vice President of Business Development)

Lewis Harris

Lewis Harris is iWorks’ Vice President of Business Development. He is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of industry and military experience.

Lewis has broad experience providing IT program and project management, acquisition and contract management, business development, cybersecurity, and IT solutions for public and private sector clients. He is a highly proficient project manager with over 25 years of experience in project management, business analysis, technology consulting and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Lewis has led cross-functional teams through the entire business development and technology solutions lifecycle. He is a veteran of the Marine Corps with 15 years of active enlisted and officer service. Lewis’ client focus is the DoD.
