Contract Vehicles


iWorks is a member of the Mentor/Protégé Agreement and Plan, established between ServiceSource and iWorks Corporation and overseen by SourceAmerica. This Agreement and Plan have received approval for engagement in several business areas, including NAICS 518210 (Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services), NAICS 519190 (All Other Information Services), and NAICS 541513 (Computer Facilities Management Services). This collaboration is set to be in effect for a duration of up to ten years, commencing on December 20, 2023.

iWorks has two contracts under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule:
IT Schedule 70: This contract allows iWorks to provide IT products and services to federal, state, and local government agencies.

Professional Services Schedule (PSS): This contract enables iWorks to offer professional services to government agencies at various levels.


The SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG) contract vehicle enables iWorks to provide a range of support services to the U.S. Navy, including engineering, technical solutions, programmatic services, and solutions to address various Navy needs and challenges.


iWorks as one of three companies who hold the U.S. Department of Education office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) Enterprise Middleware Architecture and Services (EMAS) contract vehicle. EMAS enables FSA to modernize its technical and operational architecture for enhanced flexibility, cost efficiency, and improved outcomes for customers and taxpayers.


iWorks, through the DMDC Interoperability Technology & Program Services (ITPS) contract vehicle, can bid on opportunities to help DMDC acquire IT services and products using the systems development lifecycle.

iWorks offers eFAST, the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) favored small business contracting vehicle, to efficiently provide a comprehensive range of professional and support services. This benefits the FAA and, in certain cases, other federal agencies, when it aligns with government interests.

iWorks, in collaboration with the “Cinteot-iWorks Joint Solutions” Joint Venture, provides federal agencies with innovative 8(a) small business IT solutions through an Indefinite-Quantity (MA-ID/IQ) contract. Utilizing 8(a) STARS III enables set-aside contracts, streamlines procurement, and saves time and taxpayer funds compared to open-market methods.


ENCORE III provides the Department of Defense (DoD) and federal agencies a full spectrum of IT services and solutions ranging from engineering development to full sustainment under two suites of multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts valued at $17.5 billion supporting a 10-year ordering period.

iWorks, in partnership with Pragmatics, offers ITES 3S, delivering a comprehensive range of IT services and solutions to the DoD and federal agencies. This includes engineering development and full sustainment through multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts valued at $17.5 billion, spanning a 10-year ordering period.

iWorks, in collaboration with RIVA Solutions, engages in the Department of Commerce’s Commerce Acquisition for Transformational Technology Services (CATTS) contract. CATTS is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) mechanism delivering extensive enterprise-wide information technology (IT) services, boasting a $1.5 billion ceiling and a 10-year ordering period until 2032.

iWorks, in collaboration with ClearAvenue, provides responsive strategic sourcing for services through the  Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract. The mission is to offer federal and state government agencies top-tier contract management, administrative, and procurement support for their Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements.

iWorks, partnering with RIVA Solutions, provides Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) contract. With a value of $12.6 billion, SITE III concentrates on managed services to bolster integration, information sharing, and information safeguarding through an efficient IT approach.

iWorks, through our partners, provides services through the Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) contract. Administered by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), CIO-SP3 simplifies IT services and solutions procurement, catering to agencies’ diverse IT needs, from basic to complex.

iWorks, in collaboration with KPMG, offers the Air Force Strategic Transformation Support (AFSTS) IDIQ contract. This vehicle gives the Department of Defense rapid access to advanced commercial services, facilitating enterprise-level strategy development, transformation, and modernization across the U.S. military.

iWorks, through our partners, participates in Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) JETS (Joint Enterprise Technology Services) contract, offering IT services, technical expertise, and management support for DLA’s IT Enterprise. It includes application development, maintenance, and administrative program management. Other DoD agencies can also use the contract.

iWorks, partnered with Halvik, supports the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Software Engineering Support (SWES) BPA. This multi-year contract facilitates the transition from custom to enterprise solutions, emphasizing Agile development and DevOps. It covers various aspects of system and software development, cloud enablement, data management, and future technology requirements for DOT.

iWorks, in collaboration with HII, provides access to OASIS, the General Service Administration’s (GSA) most comprehensive and adaptable Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract tailored for complex professional service needs. The extensive OASIS contract encompasses six core service disciplines, including program management, management consulting, engineering, scientific, logistics, and finance.

Other Transactional Authority (OTA)

C5 accelerates the development and deployment of new capabilities to the Warfighter through the use of Other Transaction Authority (OTA). C5 gives members an innovative and commonsense acquisition mechanism for development of new technologies and products to meet government customer requirements.
