From Halloween to Christmas, fun events are just one part of how iWorks brings its employees together for camaraderie and fun. While the COVID-19 pandemic has caused everyone to work from home, three months of iWorks holiday traditions were maintained virtually.
Diversity and inclusion are part of our core principles. We believe this makes us stronger as both a company and a community.
During the month of August, iWorks held a Virtual Spirit Week. If you think back to your high school days, Spirit Week was one of the best weeks of the year.
iWorks is proud of our company’s culture of community. We have a team dedicated to planning events, contests, health challenges, etc., to ensure our family of employees can take a break from their regular work to build and maintain relationships with one another. We weren’t about to let the Virginia COVID-19 stay at home order change that!
During the months of April and May iWorks held health challenges to help its employees stay healthy during social distancing.
In response to the need within our community caused by COVID-19, iWorks started an initiative called “Neighbors in Need” to help those who found themselves in unforeseen circumstances.
